I watched both days of competition, learned a lot, and am so inspired. What a great show. Jon will serve as a worthy representative. Working for the mermaid won't give me much opportunity to practice the skills, but I hope to take back a renewed passion for coffee and doing things the right way.
Sadly I was out of town, but sounds like a good time with a good turnout. Will you or the SCAA be making the results from both days available at some point? I'm curious to see where some other competitors finished.
